Beechcrest Farm is always on the lookout for motivated, animal loving staff as we continue to grow.  We have both part-time and full time team members who focus on tasks ranging from turn-in and turnout of horses to other animal care duties or farm maintenance with a variety of scheduling options.  If interested, please send an email with your resume and references.

We seek team members interested in farm maintenance or animal care, who are reliable, respectful and responsible, work well both independently and with others, and are able to lift 55 lbs and stand for long periods of time. We offer a variety of opportunities for learning new skills in all aspects of farm care.  Work on the farm goes on 7 days a week, so let us know your availability and level of experience.


Full Time

40 hours per week

We’re accepting applications from hardworking and motivated individuals interested in farm care.  Our full time team members ensure that all animals receive excellent care, maintain pastures, fences, equipment and buildings and help to grow relationships with customers, partners and boarders in our equestrian barn.  Skills and experience in animal care, facility and vehicle repair/maintenance are always beneficial.


  • Ability to work outside for extended periods of time 
  • Experience working with animals (horses, cattle, chickens preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work occasional night, weekend and early morning hours

Part Time Hourly

4 to 35 hours per week.  

Primary Duties

  • Turn-in, turn-out of horses

  • Routine feeding and watering of livestock including, chickens, cows and pigs, including cleaning stalls
  • General farm chores
